Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu received by PM Modi in Delhi
Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu has finally landed in India for a six-day visit along with his wife Sara. They have been welcomed by PM Narendra Modi at the Delhi airport.
Netanyahu is accompanied by a 130-member business delegation, the largest ever to travel with an Israeli PM on an international tour.
His visit is aimed at further cementing the friendship with India.

Netanyahu to visit Teen Murti, pay homage to Indian soldiers
The first stop for Netanyahu will be Delhi's "Teen Murti" with PM Modi. They will lay a wreath there to commemorate the role of three Indian regiments of the princely states Hyderabad, Jodhpur, and Mysore during World War-I. The soldiers sacrificed their lives while protecting Israel's Haifa city from the Ottoman Empire.
Teen Murti will be officially renamed the "Teen Murti Haifa Chowk".

Netanyahu to hold meetings with PM Modi, Sushma Swaraj
Netanyahu's first official meeting will be with External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj after which he will hold "restricted discussions" with PM Modi including only key officials, followed by a full delegation-level summit, and an official lunch.
After some business meetings, he will meet President Ram Nath Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
Later, PM Modi will be hosting a private dinner for his Israeli counterpart.
India and Israel to sign various agreements, MoUs
During the delegation-level talks, India and Israel are expected to sign agreements and MoUs covering agriculture, water management, innovation, etc. and issue a joint statement to reflect a "people connect", something which was emphasized by Israeli ambassador Daniel Carmon.
Also, India's Spike missile deal with Israel's state-run Rafael Advanced Defence Systems is reportedly back on track; the defense ministry earlier decided to cancel it.
Netanyahu and wife Sara to visit the Taj Mahal
Netanyahu's itinerary reportedly includes visits to Agra's Taj Mahal with his wife, Gujarat, and Mumbai; he would be flying home from Mumbai on 19 January.
While in Delhi, he will be delivering a keynote address at the Raisina Dialogue; PM Modi will be accompanying him to Raisina. He will also meet the Indo-Israeli CEO forum.
Netanyahu would also attend business meetings in Mumbai.
Gal-Mobile: Netanyahu's special gift to PM Modi?
Netanyahu has reportedly sent over a "Gal-Mobile" to a Gujarat village. Gal-Mobile is an integrated water purification system developed using Israeli technology. The jeep-like machine produces high-quality drinking water during natural disasters, crises, and emergency situations.
During his visit to Israel last year, PM Modi was fascinated by this amazing water purification machine. India wants to make Gal-Mobiles as a joint effort with Israel.
