UIDAI offers you an option to check all the places your Aadhaar has been used in the last six months. If you find any instance of misuse, you can lodge a complaint. To use this facility, you must have access to your registered mobile number.

Follow these steps to view your Aadhaar authentication history

Visit https://resident.uidai.gov.in/notification-aadhaar and enter your Aadhaar number and the security code.

Click on 'Generate OTP.'

On the next page, choose the kind of authentication records you want to see (demographic, biometric, OTP). You can select 'All.'

Select the period for which you wish to view history and enter how many records you want to view.

Enter the OTP received on your mobile, then 'Submit.'

If you find any instance of misuse, call 1945

The next page will show you which agencies have authenticated your Aadhaar in the chosen period. Note that you can view history for only six months, and can retrieve a maximum of 50 records. If you find any misuse, call 1945 and inform the UIDAI.

Visit UIDAI's website and click on 'Address Update Request (Online)' under 'Aadhaar Update'. On the next page, click on 'Proceed'. Enter your Aadhaar number, then click on 'Send OTP'. Enter OTP in the relevant field and 'Login'. On the next page, select 'Address' and proceed. Upload address proof. Select the suitable service provider.

As per the guidelines issued by UIDAI, there are 3 ways: 1) Update your details online 2) Request update by post 3) Visit a nearby enrolment centre Details about online process: Here is the link to the portal, where you can self correct it: https://ssup.uidai.gov.in/web/guest/ssup-home#/popup But, for updating this, you should have registered your valid mobile number with your Aadhaar.

To change your registered-number, you will have to fill up a form and submit it to the nearest Aadhaar centre. You can download the form from here. Fill up the form and submit it to the nearest centre, along with an identity proof. After submission, your bio-metric details would be verified. It would take ~10 days for the phone number to be updated.
