The cut-off for any institution depends on a number of factors like how many students apply, difficulty level of the paper, category, etc. So, cut-off keeps changing from year to year. You can check which all colleges you get with your JEE Mains rank, category, home state and desired stream using a college predictor. Here is the link to the same.

For IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs, you need to qualify JEE Mains and along with that, you need to register with JoSAA and fill and lock the college and course choices. For IITs, you also have to qualify JEE Advanced. For DTU and NSIT, you need to through JAC counseling after qualifying JEE Mains. For PEC and Thapar check the respective links.
