AIIMS is going to declare the results of the entrance test for its MBBS courses tomorrow.
Students have to log on to the official website to check their results. The institute would send no personal communication in this regard.
AIIMS has declared there is no option of re-evaluation or re-checking of candidates' answer scripts.
The exam was held across India on May 26-27.
The result will be declared on the official website of AIIMS exams at www.aiimsexams.org, as well as on the websites of each individual AIIMS. Like for all other exams, the results for this too are expected to be declared both rank-wise and roll number-wise.
The shortlisted candidates will next have to undergo a medical examination by a board at respective AIIMS branches.
If someone is found medically unfit for the MBBS course, they won't get admission. The decision of the board will be final.
Unsuccessful students won't be personally informed their results by the institute. They too will find their performance details on the website tomorrow.
Successful candidates in the AIIMS MBBS entrance test can qualify for the 800 plus seats in one of the nine AIIMS (Delhi, Patna, Bhopal, Jodhpur, Bhubaneswar, Rishikesh, Raipur, Guntur and Nagpur). They will be allotted institutes on the basis of their performance in the exam.
Results of the NEET were declared on June 4. Kalpana Kumari of Bihar topped the exam by securing 691 marks.
Rohan Purohit (Telangana) came second with 690 marks. Delhi's Himanshu Sharma also scored the same but settled for AIR 3.
Delhi's Aarosh Dhamija got AIR 4 by securing 686 marks.
This time, 23 students were competing for each of the 60,000 seats under NEET.
