The youths paid Rs. 7-10 lakhs depending on the post. The victims were given a stipend of Rs. 8,500 for three months.
'Website' was created, victims made to sit exams, 'results' displayed
The victims were made to sit for entrance examination also, and their names were displayed in 'results'.
