Can one appear for the UPSC exam without completing graduation?
Yes, you can appear for the UPSC exam without completing graduation but you must be in the last year of your graduation to take the exam. According to the eligibility criteria, those who have completed the graduation from center/state recognized university or those who are appearing in the last year can only apply for the UPSC exam.
