#Elections2019: Didn't register as voter? You might still have chance

India is the world's largest democracy where "voting" is crucial in shaping the country's destiny.

This year, India goes to polls to elect the 17th Lok Sabha from 11 April-19 May. Assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Odisha, and Sikkim would also be held simultaneously.

Eligible "new" voters, who haven't registered, might still have a chance. Check the last date for your constituency.

Checking your name on the voter-list is easy if you have the EPIC number, which can be found on your Voter-ID. You can visit NVSP's Electoral Search page, select "Search by EPIC No.", choose state, and click "Search". Instead of "EPIC No.", you can alternatively select "Search by Details" to search your name and enter required details like name, age, gender, Assembly constituency, etc.
