Since all of Bhagat Singh's belongings are on display in the Khatkar Kalan museum, Chandigarh-based advocate HC Arora argued that it was logical that the pistol be returned to Punjab.

The BSF gave a verbal response during the recent hearing in the Punjab and Haryana High Court and sought time until May 22 to file their response.
