Another student in Sheikhpura tried to commit suicide, but was stopped by her family.

Bihar's Class XII pass percentage dropped 32% this time
A mere one-third of 12.4 lakh students who appeared for their Class XII exams passed this time.
Compared to last year's 67.66%, the pass percentage in 2017 was 35.25%.
A third student tried suicide but was stopped by family
Khusbu hung herself at her maternal grandfather's house in Palatkhar Jogia Talab of Bhagalpur district.
She cried for two hours after the results, then went inside her room and locked it.
Kiran, meanwhile, was told by her friend that she had failed, but her father informed her she had passed.
Her body was later found on the tracks, 3km from her house.

Meanwhile, Class XII students protest results at various places
Students meanwhile protested the results in front of the Council office. They pelted stones and tried to climb the main gate, but were stopped by police.
