After IAS officers' agreement, the Finance Department issued orders to deposit their one day's salary in MJSA's fund. The amount is to be complied separately.

However, the Rajya Karamchari Samyukt Mahasangh Ekikrit has opposed the move. Its district president Gajendra Singh said that instead, IAS, IPS, RPS and other gazetted officers, along with ministers, should reduce expenses and donate the saved money to MJSA.
