12 Aug 2017 | By Vaneet Randhawa

Mukesh Pandey, Buxar's DM, was found dead on Ghaziabad's rail tracks on Friday, but he hadn't jumped off a building as previously reported.

The police had tried to locate him after being alerted by Pandey's family members, but could not avert the tragedy.

He left a suicide note and a video.

The 5-minute video hints at marital discord as the reason behind the suicide.
