I eat 4-6 eggs daily after working out in gym. Is it good for health?
Yes, it is okay to consume 4-5 eggs daily, after working out, because our body needs more protein to make up for exercise. However, avoid eating egg yolks or reduce its intake to one/two egg maximum, per day, as these are high in fat and cholesterol.
