West Bengal CM and Trinamool Congress chief, Mamata Banerjee, has unveiled a new online campaign for netizens, "Amar Gorbo Mamata (Mamata My Pride)", to share why they are proud of her achievements.
The campaign, for which TMC came up with a new Twitter page and hashtag of the same name, was launched on Friday, days after Mamata unveiled the party's "Didi Ke Bolo" program.
Campaign to remind people of Mamata's achievements
The new online campaign was launched by the Trinamool Congress with an aim to remind the people of West Bengal of the Mamata-led government's achievements and the kind of developmental work done by the TMC government over the last eight years.

"On Twitter and on other social media platforms, people can share their experiences on why they are proud of Mamata Banerjee. They would share those experiences on 'Amar Gorbo Mamata'," a senior TMC leader told PTI.
"We are all proud of our Didi, now we would get to know other's experiences and share them on social media," the party leader added.
TMC's second campaign after bringing Prashant Kishor on board
The Trinamool Congress's "Amar Gorbo Mamata" is the second campaign launched by the party after bringing political strategist Prashant Kishor on board ahead of the 2021 West Bengal Assembly polls. The first one was "Didi Ke Bolo" launched earlier this week.

Mamata launched 'Didi Ke Bolo' mega outreach program earlier
Unveiling the "Didi Ke Bolo" outreach program, on July 29, Mamata also launched a special phone line (9137091370) and a website for the program, which aims to reach out to the masses and address public grievances.
The "Didi Ke Bolo" platform will allow people to convey their problems directly to the West Bengal Chief Minister, who is fondly called "Didi (sister)" by her supporters.

"People can directly get in touch with us...and speak about issues affecting them. We will try and address them," Mamata said while launching the "Didi Ke Bolo" initiative.
"Over the next 100 days, more than 1,000 party leaders and workers will reach out to 10,000 villages in the state, spend days there with local people and try and address their grievances," she had said.
Kishor roped in after TMC's poor show in LS polls
Mamata roped in poll strategist Kishor to help TMC win in the upcoming WB Assembly polls.
"Amar Gorbo Mamata" and "Didi Ke Bolo" come in the backdrop of TMC's lackluster performance in the recent Lok Sabha polls in which the party won only 22 seats - 12 less than its 2014 tally - while BJP won 18 seats, 16 more compared to last time.
