Fresh tenders issued in 2010 by the Gehlot government were tweaked in such a manner that Ziqitza Health Care was made the sole bidder for the tenders.

Ziqitza Health-Care Limited came under the scanner after Kirit Somaiya, a senior BJP leader said it got contacts because of its political contacts with the Congress.

Rajasthan's financial advisor (NHRM) and the state health department said that Ziqitza had wrongly shown 55,000 ambulance trips when only 37,000 had been undertaken.
