Shuffle20 IAS officers shunted from UP

On 12 April, the Adityanath government transferred 20 IAS officers including Principal Secretary (Information) Navneet Sehgal.

Several of the officers were seen as close to the Akhilesh government, and that could be the reason why they were targeted. 8 other officers were put on the wait list.

The government hinted at corruption being the reason behind the transfers.
