After media raised questions on security provided to Robert Vadra's mother Maureen, Delhi Police have withdrawn her cover, along with that of 12 other people.

Earlier this month, media reported that six policemen had been posted at Vadra's New Friends Colony residence since 13 years. TOI reported it cost Delhi Police Rs. 1cr annually.

Vadra reacted on Facebook, slamming Times of India for "Journalism at the worst", and said, "Pls remove my security... I will take every risk…"

On May 16, security to Maureen Vadra was removed, NDTV reported.

Other names in the list of 13

According to DNA, other people on the list include Congress Spokesperson Ambika Dass, an AAP minister, an inspector Vidhya Dhar and a former Delhi chief secretary. More names include Harish Chauhan, Manjula Verma, Pinki and VN Singh.
