This throat sensor is essentially a stretchable electronic wearable tech that measures the patients' speech patterns and swallowing ability and wirelessly sends real-time information to the doctor.
Hence, with continuous readings, doctors and therapists can monitor their patients' progress at home and can target therapies/treatment to specifically improve muscles affected by stroke.
