As its latest entrants in India's already-crowded mid-price smartphone segment, OPPO has launched the F9 Pro and F9 today.
The key highlights of the phones are their waterdrop-like notched displays, 25MP selfie camera with HDR, and VOOC fast charging.

Both the OPPO F9 and OPPO F9 Pro feature a waterdrop-like notched display with a prominent bottom bezel.
On the back, the phones get a dual-tone gradient finish and reflective textures along with metallic accents around the camera and fingerprint sensor.
In terms of display, both the F9 and F9 Pro sport a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) LCD display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio.
Both the phones sport a dual rear camera setup comprising a 16MP (f/1.8) primary sensor and a 2MP (f/2.4) secondary sensor, along with an LED flash.
The primary camera also supports slow-mo video recording at 120fps upto 720p and Google Lens.
Up front, they get a 25MP (f/2.0) sensor which comes with a dedicated HDR technology, AI Beauty Technology 2.1, and face unlock.
Both the phones are powered by an Octa-core MediaTek Helio P60 chipset, paired with 4GB RAM (on F9) and 6GB RAM (on F9 Pro), and 64GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB.
The OPPO F9 and F9 Pro support dual-SIM (Nano) cards, run Android Oreo 8.1-based ColorOS 5.2, and pack a 3,500mAh battery with support for in-house VOOC fast charging technology.
In terms of connectivity options, both the F9 and F9 Pro support dual-band 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11a/c, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/A-GPS, Micro-USB with OTG support, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Sensors on board the phones include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, a proximity sensor and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The OPPO F9 and F9 Pro will be available in Starry Purple, Sunrise Red, and Twilight Blue color variants.
Notably, you can pre-order the phones starting today to avail offers including free data packs from Reliance Jio and a free one-time screen replacement.
