Expanding its portfolio of mid-range smartphones, Chinese electronics giant OPPO has launched its RX17 Pro and RX17 Neo smartphones in Europe.
Notably, OPPO RX17 Pro features an in-display fingerprint sensor, full-HD+ waterdrop notched display, Gorilla Glass 6 protection, triple rear-cameras, and SuperVOOC flash charge.
On the other hand, OPPO RX17 Neo has similar features but with trimmed down internals.

Up front, both the phones sport a waterdrop-like notched display with 91.5% body-to-screen ratio and dual-tone gradient back panels.
On the back, the RX17 Pro packs a triple camera setup while RX17 Neo gets a dual-lens setup.
Both the phones also feature a 6.4-inch full HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) display with a 19:9 aspect ratio, Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The RX17 Neo gets a dual rear-camera setup consisting a 16MP (f/1.75) main sensor and a 2MP (f/2.4) secondary sensor.
Up front, both the phones pack a 25MP (f/2.0) selfie snapper with several AI-powered features.

Under the hood
The OPPO RX17 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor, paired with 6GB RAM, 128GB of internal storage and a 3,700mAh battery.
On the other hand, the OPPO RX17 Neo gets a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset, coupled with 4GB RAM, 128GB storage and a 3,600mAh battery.
Both the phones run Android Oreo-based ColorOS 5.2 and support SuperVOOC Flash Charge (fast charging technology).
Connectivity options and sensors onboard the phones
Both the OPPO RX17 Pro and RX17 Neo support dual-SIM (Nano) cards, dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/c, and GPS.
Notably, the RX17 Pro comes with a USB Type-C port and NFC while the RX17 Neo gets a Micro-USB port.
In terms of sensors, both the phones come with a standard set of sensors along with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
