Expanding its portfolio of budget-range smartphones, OPPO has launched A1k at Rs. 8,490 in India.
The affordable phone is currently available via offline sources but will soon be available on online channels. Its key features include an HD+ camera, MediaTek P22 processor, a massive 4,000mAh battery and a single rear camera.

The OPPO A1k offers a waterdrop notched display with thin bezels along with a single rear camera and a selfie camera.
Further, the phone sports a 6.1-inch touchscreen IPS LCD display with HD+(720 x 1560 pixels) resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
For the shutterbugs and selfie lovers
On the back, the OPPO A1k offers a single 8MP (f/2.2) camera. Up front, the phone gets a 5MP (f/2.0) selfie camera. Furthermore, the rear camera offers 1080p video recording at 30fps.

The OPPO A1k is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 Octa-core processor, paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage (expandable up to 256GB).
The phone is backed by a 4,000mAh battery and runs on Android Pie based ColorOS 6.0.
Further, it offers dual-SIMs (Nano), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/A-GPS, USB Type-C port as well as all the standard sensors.
What is the pocket pinch
The OPPO A1k was launched last week in the Russian market and it is now made available in India through offline retailers. Notably, it will soon be available via online channels. However, the exact timeline is not known.
It is available in two color options - black and red, and comes at an affordable price of Rs. 8,490 in India.
