As per the latest report by 91Mobiles, the Chinese tech giant Vivo will launch an 8GB RAM variant of recently launched V15 Pro.
The upcoming variant will join the already available 6GB RAM model by end of this month.
To recall, the phone features a 32MP pop-up selfie camera, 6.39-inch Super AMOLED display, an on-screen fingerprint sensor, and mid-level internals.
Here is our roundup.
The Vivo V15 Pro offers a 6.39-inch full-HD+ edge-to-edge AMOLED display (1080 x 2316 pixels) with Gorilla Glass protection.
To achieve this design, the company has opted for a pop-up selfie camera, doing away with the need for notches or display holes.
Further, the phone comes with a triple rear-camera setup, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and a gradient design on the back panel.
The Vivo V15 Pro houses a triple rear camera setup comprising a 48MP (f/2.0) quad pixel sensor (effective 12MP), coupled with 8MP (f/2.2) and 5MP (f/2.4) secondary sensors.
Up front, the motorized pop-up module comes with a 32MP (f/2.0) selfie camera.
Notably, both the front and rear cameras offer several AI-powered image enhancement features such as Bokeh Mode, Super Night Mode, and Face Beauty.
The Vivo V15 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor, along with 6GB/8GB (new variant) RAM and 128GB of storage (expandable upto 256GB).
The phone is backed by a 3,700mAh battery with dual-engine fast-charging support and runs Android Pie-based Funtouch interface.
Furthermore, the phone offers all standard sensors and connectivity options including 4G-VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v5.0, Micro-USB port, and headphone jack.
Considering the price of Vivo V15 Pro's 6GB RAM variant i.e Rs. 28,990, we expect the new 8GB RAM model to cost somewhere around Rs. 30,000. Moreover, the upcoming variant is tipped to come with a special color option.
