In a bid to boost sales, OPPO has announced a major price cut on its budget-range smartphone A7 and mid-ranger R17 Pro.
The Chinese tech-giant has slashed the prices of both the phones by upto Rs. 10,000.
Notably, the price reduction will be applicable via both offline and online channels.

OPPO R17 Pro has received a price cut of Rs. 10,000 and is now retailing at Rs. 29,990 (earlier price: Rs. 39,990) while OPPO A7 got a price cut of Rs. 2,000 and is now available at Rs. 13,990 (earlier price: Rs. 15,990).

The OPPO A7 features a 6.2-inch HD+ waterdrop notched display with a 19:9 aspect ratio, and a screen-to-body ratio of 88.3% along with gradient finish at the back.
Powering the phone is a Snapdragon 450 processor, paired with Adreno 506 GPU, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage (expandable upto 256GB).
Lastly, the phone packs a 4,230mAh battery and runs Android Oreo-based ColorOS 5.2.
What's the camera like on OPPO A7?
OPPO A7 houses a dual rear camera setup comprising a 13MP main sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor, paired with an LED flash module. Up front, the OPPO A7 gets a 16MP selfie snapper and comes with HDR support and AR stickers.
OPPO R17 Pro: Design and specifications
The OPPO R17 Pro features a 6.4-inch full HD+ drop-notched display with a 19:9 aspect ratio, Gorilla Glass 6 protection, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by Snapdragon 710 processor, paired with 6GB/8GB RAM, and 128GB of internal storage.
Further, the phone packs a 3,700mAh battery with SuperVOOC Flash Charge support and runs Android Oreo-based ColorOS 5.2.
