Vivo is working to launch Vivo Nex 3 and Nex 3 (5G variant) smartphones in China sometime in this month.
And now, just days ahead of their launch, a Weibo post has revealed several key specifications of both the upcoming phones.
According to leak, both models will share the same design, features, and specifications, except for the 5G modem on the Nex 3 5G.
Vivo Nex 3 and Nex 3 5G: At a glance
The Vivo Nex 3 and Nex 3 5G will feature an edge-to-edge 'waterfall' curved display and offer 99.6% screen-to-body ratio. On the rear side, the gradient finished panel on both phones will house triple cameras in a circular module.
Further, both handsets will sport a 6.89-inch Super AMOLED display with a full-HD+ (1080x2256 pixels) resolution.
For the shutterbugs and selfie lovers
In the imaging department, the Vivo Nex 3 and Nex 3 5G will sport triple rear cameras with a 64MP (f/1.8) primary sensor, coupled with 13MP secondary and tertiary sensors. For selfies, video calling, and face unlock, both handsets will house a 16MP front-facing shooter.
Under the hood
The Vivo Nex 3 and Nex 3 5G will be powered by the flagship Snapdragon 855 Plus octa-core processor, paired with upto 12GB RAM and upto 512GB storage.
To enable 5G connectivity, the Nex 3 5G will come equipped with Snapdragon X50 chipset.
Moreover, both handsets will be backed by a solid 4,500mAh battery with 44W fast-charging support via USB Type-C port.
And, what about pricing?
There is no official word about Vivo Nex 3 and Nex 3 5G's pricing at the moment. However, the company will announce their prices on the official launch event which will happen in this month itself.
