The first week of September was full of action for technology enthusiasts.

Then, there was the intense attempt of Chandrayaan-2's Vikram Lander to touch down on the uncharted lunar south pole.
Let's take a look at the biggest stuff from this past week.
The Vikram Lander of Chandrayaan-2 attempted soft-landing on the lunar south pole but things didn't go as planned.
After descending normally up to an altitude of 2.1km, Vikram stopped sending signals to the station on Earth, leaving millions of Indians dejected.
Now, ISRO has located Vikram on the Moon and is working on re-establishing the communication link with it.
The next big news of the week was the launch of Jio Fiber - the fiber-to-the-home broadband service from Jio.
The service, targeted at 1,600 towns in India, comes at a starting monthly price of Rs. 6,99 and goes up to Rs. 8,499/month.
All plans would come with a FUP limit and the speed would be between 100Mbps and 1Gpbs, depending on the plan.
On September 3, Google's Android 10 started rolling out to Pixel family and Redmi K20 Pro models around the world.
However, soon after the update, reports surfaced that the update is creating issues on Pixels by breaking most of their sensors and the features tied to them.
The issue even affected the working of fingerprint scanners on the phones.
A database of millions of Facebook-linked mobile numbers was exposed on an open server.
Facebook claimed that the entries in the database, which has now been removed, were scraped before it completely restricted mobile access on the platform.
Another related reported revealed that the social network is also planning on hiding like/reaction counts on photos/posts in the future.
In another teaser, Chinese giant OnePlus confirmed that OnePlus TV would come with eight speakers and support for Dolby Atmos, which would power your home with 50W of sound output.
It's expected to launch in India with a 55-inch 4k OLED panel on September 26.
