Barcelona continue their winning streak with 3-0 win against Girona

La Liga table toppers Barcelona continued their winning run by beating Girona 3-0 in an away match.

This was the 6th consecutive victory for the Catalan giants who are yet to drop a point.

First two of the goals were home side's own goals with the third one from Luis Suarez.

As it stands, Barcelona are four points ahead of second-placed Atletico Madrid.

The resilient Diego Simeone's side only dropped points when they drew against Girona and Valencia in the away matches.

With this defeat Sevilla moved to third place.

With a match in hand each, Valencia, Levante, Real Sociedad, and Real Betis, all at 9 points, will fight for a place in top 4. The 4th-placed Real Madrid has 11 points.
