Notably, Neymar doesn't have a release clause in his PSG deal.

According to Sky Sports, the second bid in the range of £53 million.

The Spanish champions want the 30-year-old mid-fielder at the Camp Nou and have made several attempts in the last three month to sign the Brazilian.

However, Chelsea are not willing to sell him for a small amount.
