The ties will be played in the week commencing from September 24 onwards.
There are four all-Premier League ties this term.
The trophy has been in Manchester for the last two years.
The final will be played at the Wembley on February 24, 2019.
All 92 clubs (Premier League and the English Football League) take part in Carabao.
The first two rounds are over.
Liverpool's battle against Chelsea is definitely the most glamorous tie in round three.
Both teams have got off to a terrific start in the Premier League with three wins from the first three matches.
Jurgen Klopp's side would go into the match as slight favorites, but Chelsea will look to be defiant.
Altogether it's a cracker of a tie and there's plenty expected.
