Yuvraj Singh has shut his critics, in the best possible manner, with his new training video.
Several pundits had written off Yuvi after he was dropped from the Indian ODI squad, last year.
Many people had earlier stated because of his age, he should follow a normal routine, but Yuvi had other ideas.
The southpaw looks all geared up ahead of the domestic season.
Yuvi gives fitting reply to critics

Fitness and form
Yuvi's form and fitness were questioned
Yuvraj last played against West Indies in 2017 in the ODI series.
Since then, he hasn't managed to find his way back into the team.
There have been questions over his fitness and form with the bat.
The southpaw had a terrible IPL campaign and many believed his time is over.
Yuvi needs to score runs if he wants a seat on the table.

Yuvi needs runs consistently to get back to the side
Yuvi needs to be among runs in the 2018-19 domestic season. Further, he needs to deliver a couple of big innings.
The Indian team, for World Cup, is still not frozen and the selectors will be open to experimentation.
He needs to fight back like he has done, several times, in the past and force the selectors in giving him a go.
Our opinion: Will Yuvi make it to World Cup squad?
Yuvi needs to carry this momentum of fitness regime on to the field as well. The places in the middle-order are up for grabs and the message is clear, perform or perish. In our opinion, we cannot rule Yuvi out.
