Pune City FC's head coach Antonio Habas said that even if Chennai are defending champions, Pune played better. Habas said, "I am not happy with one point. But I am very happy with the performance of the team. They behaved like I wanted them to."

Marco Materazzi said that he was upset as they threw away two points and made stupid fouls that even kids would not do.
He said, "I am happy with 1-0, not with 1-1. That's why I am upset because we threw away two points."

Goa handed a defeat by Kerala
Kerala Blasters registered their second win of the tournament as they defeated FC Goa 2-1 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Fatorda.
Goa took a lead in the first half after Julio Cesar scored a goal in the 24th minute.
The equalizer was scored in the 46th minute by Mohammed Rafi but Kervens Belfort scored second goal for Kerala in the 84th minute.

Mumbai hands Kolkata first loss of the tournament
The 2014 title holders were defeated 1-0 at the Rabindra Sarobar Stadium, Kolkata.
Mumbai went on top of the points table after a 79th minute goal by Diego Forlan.

Mumbai City FC dethroned North East United FC from the points table after a win against Atletico de Kolkata.
With 11 points, Mumbai are on the top position while NEUFC is on second with 10 points.
