David Warner injures elbow, set to undergo surgery
Australian cricketer David Warner has sustained an elbow injury and is set to undergo a surgery.
Warner has been playing in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) for the Sylhet Sixers.
He is now set to return to Australia on January 21.
Reports state that the southpaw will require six weeks to recover from the injury.

Warner, who hit 61* on Wednesday, has injured his right elbow.
"David has reported some pain in his right elbow. He will return to Australia on January 21 to be assessed, but is expected to play in the remaining matches until his return. We will have a clearer understanding of the extent of the injury once he has been assessed," a CA spokesperson said.
Warner to play two more matches for Sixers
Warner has been the skipper of the Sixers and he will play two more games for his side on January 18 and 19 respectively.
He is set to miss their last five league games.
Warner has been his side's second-highest run-scorer so far.
Sixers are placed second from bottom on the points table.
It's a huge blow for the franchise.

Warner stole the show after batting right-handed against Gayle
Warner stole the show on Wednesday after hitting a 36-ball 61*.
Interestingly, he also batted right-handed for three deliveries against Chris Gayle.
The change worked. Warner hit a six and two fours to show his prowess.
Besides the blistering knock, he had also hit 59 against the Vikings on January 9.
Warner to be available for IPL 2019
Warner is set to be out for a month with the elbow injury.
Warner sees his 12-month ban for ball-tampering end on March 28.
The IPL starts from March 23 onwards.
A strong show could help him be in contention for Australia's World Cup plans.
