Australian Open: Serena Williams sails into fourth round

23-time women's singles Grand Slam winner Serena Williams comforted youngster Dayana Yastremska after defeating her in the third round of the Australian Open 2019.

Serena powered past the teenager in straight sets and did not drop a service game.

Post her 6-2, 6-1 victory, the veteran tennis star consoled the teary eyed Ukrainian.

"She came out swinging and to be so young, she came out ready to go. When I was young I played against so many people and everyone I faced was intimidating and not easy. You just go out and do the best you can."
