West Indies beat England in second Test

West Indies beat England by 10 wickets to win the second Test and the series on Saturday.

The hosts completed the victory on the third day in Antigua, as they chased down the 14-run target. Kemar Roach and Jason Holder were the architects of this victory.

Windies have earned a rare Test series win against a top side with one more match to play.

West Indies bowled out England for 187 in the first innings. Moeen Ali (60) was the top run-scorer. In reply, the Windies scored an impressive 306. England fell flat once again and managed 132 in their second innings. Windies won the match by 10 wickets.

Bravo hits third slowest fifty in Test history by time

Windies middle order batsman Darren Bravo took a total of 342 minutes to score his fifty in Antigua. It is the third slowest fifty in Test history in terms of time consumed. In contrast, England's second innings lasted for only 211 minutes.

Kemar Roach lights up Antigua once again

Windies fast bowler Kemar Roach finished with match figures of 8/82.

It was his ninth five-wicket Test match haul.

He is the 10th highest wicket-taker for West Indies in Test cricket (179).

Roach needs 14 more scalps to get past Sir Wes Hall (192).

The right-arm pacer has already taken 13 wickets in the ongoing series.

Broad surpasses Kapil Dev in terms of Test wickets

Stuart Broad took three wickets in this Test. He overcame the likes of Dale Steyn, Rangana Herath (both 433) and also surpassed legend Kapil Dev (434) in terms of career Test wickets (436).
