Five biggest controversies of Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar has been a huge star since the early 2000s and is popular among both WWE and UFC fans in equal measures.

His physicality has made him one of the deadliest opponents for any fighter, and throughout his life Lesnar has mostly dominated his opponents.

Here we bring to you five of the biggest controversies Lesnar has been involved in.

The Undertaker

Lesnar's staredown with The Undertaker at UFC

The Undertaker and Lesnar had fought in great WWE matches when the latter was a part of the company in the 2000s.

However, before he would return to the WWE ring, Lesnar met Taker at one UFC show and the two challenged each other.

However, since both companies wanted nothing to do with each other, this gave birth to a huge controversy then.

House shows

Lesnar has disagreed to perform in house shows for WWE

House shows are the WWE events which are done in specific cities but are not televised as Raw or SmackDown episodes.

Wrestlers have an intense schedule of rigorous flights around the globe where they go and fight in different cities.

Lesnar, who has refused to do such shows, is on a part-time contract with WWE and this has invited the irk of his colleagues.

Lesnar's controversial arrest that should not have happened

Lesnar has a huge built and unlike many buffed-up professional wrestling guys, he's never taken the help of steroids to achieve his size and built.

Lesnar has been tested by organizations like NFL, UFC and WWE and always came out clean.

He was arrested in 2001 by Kentucky Police for steroid use, but later they realized it was a mistake and charges were dropped.

WWE and Lesnar filed lawsuits against each other

After Lesnar left WWE in 2004, the company had a clause in the contract which prevented Lesnar from working for any other competing organization.

However, he went ahead and started wrestling for the New Japan Pro-Wrestling.

This resulted in WWE filing a lawsuit against him and Lesnar filing one back to counter their no-contest deal.

Later the two parties reached an agreement out-of-court.

Lesnar was facing charges for hunting in Canada

During one of his trips to Canada, Lesnar found himself facing police charges.

He was charged with leaving meat in the open to rot, possessing wildlife illegally and others.

Canada is a place where hunting is extremely regulated, and Lesnar decided to plead guilty to the charges.

He was fined an amount of $1,725, and the charges levied against him were later dropped.
