IPL 2019: Delhi Capitals beat Mumbai Indians, here're records broken
Delhi Capitals got off to a great start in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2019 season.
The Shreyas Iyer-led side defeated Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede in match number three on Sunday.
Rishabh Pant struck a quick-fire 27-ball 78* to power Delhi to 213/6.
Mumbai Indians faltered in their chase of 214 runs, despite Yuvraj Singh hitting a half-century.

Pant smashes 18-ball fifty for DC
Rishabh Pant continued from where he left off in IPL 2018.
The southpaw smashed a 18-ball fifty.
Pant's heroics helped him to register the second quickest fifty in IPL for Delhi.
Chris Morris' 17-ball effort against Gujarat Lions in 2016 is still their best show.
Pant's innings consisted of seven fours and seven sixes.
DC scored 82 runs in the last five overs.
Delhi amass their fourth highest total in IPL history
Delhi recorded their fourth highest total in the IPL.
It was also their sixth score of 200-plus across 12 editions.
This was their highest score against MI. Their previous best score against MI was 207/5 in 2012.
Pant's strike-rate was 288.88.
It's the third highest strike-rate by a batsman for Delhi.
Morris had recorded strike rate of 422.22 against Rising Pune Supergiant.
Some interesting feats achieved in this encounter
Mitchell McClenaghan (3/40) now has 71 IPL wickets for MI in 52 matches.
Shikhar Dhawan and Colin Ingram shared a 83-run stand for the third wicket for DC.
It's the ninth highest stand for the third wicket recorded by Delhi in the IPL.
Dhawan (43), who saw David Warner (4,099) surpassing him for career runs in IPL. earlier on Sunday, reclaimed his position (4,101).
How did the match pan out?
Delhi lost two quick wickets in the form of Prithvi Shaw and and skipper Shreyas Iyer.
But, Dhawan and Colin Ingram (47) stitched a crucial partnership to repair DC's innings.
From there on, it was Pant all the way.
In reply, Ishant Sharma bagged key wickets of Rohit Sharma (14) and Quinton de Kock (27).
Yuvraj Singh struck a fifty, but it wasn't enough.
Pant strikes ninth career IPL fifty
Pant struck his ninth career IPL fifty. Pant is also the leading run-scorer for Delhi among the current players in the side and third overall (1,326). He has smashed 122 fours and 74 sixes. It was Pant's fifth highest score for Delhi.
