Jesse Lingard wants Manchester United to sign CR7
Cristiano Ronaldo is undoubtedly one of the top footballers, along with Lionel Messi.
He is so famous, that it is almost every footballer's dream to play alongside him.
Meanwhile, current United striker Jesse Lingard too has expressed his desire to play with the legend.
Ronaldo leaves United to become Real Madrid legend
Following his arrival at Madrid, even though he was initially shaky, but adapted to the style and went on to become one of the greatest ever.
He had an astonishing career with Los Blancos, scoring 450 goals in 438 matches.
Lingard would love United to sign Ronaldo back
"I would love [Manchester United] to sign [Cristiano] Ronaldo. He has been one of the best players in the world over the last decade. He has been here before so he would slot right back in," Lingard was quoted as saying to The Daily Mirror.

Lingard hopes to make impact and help United rise
Besides wishing that the club signs back Ronaldo some day, Lingard is also hoping to make an impact for the club so that they finish in the top four of the Premier League table, with just two matches to go.
"It's a tough one, the four teams are so evenly matched as you can see, there's only three points in it," Lingard added.
Ronaldo's chances of Old Trafford return unlikely
While United were previously linked to re-signing Ronaldo on several occasions, including last year as well, chances look slim at the moment.
As a matter of fact, United would not be willing to spend money on a player who is nearing the end of his career.
Even CR7 won't look to move to Premier League but rather help Juventus win the coveted Champions League.
Lingard and United face final Huddersfield and Cardiff test
As of now, Lingard and United are all set to go head to head with Huddersfield Town on Sunday, before taking on Cardiff City in their final match of the season.
A win in the two matches could allow a top-four finish, provided teams like Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Arsenal drop points.
A top-four finish would earn them a Champions League spot next season.
