Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli has retained his position as the number one batsman in the ICC Test Rankings.
The 30-year-old Indian skipper has been dominating the Test circuit since a few years now.
Notably, fellow Indian Cheteshwar Pujara consolidated his position at number three.
Meanwhile, India still remain above the rest of the pack in Tests.
Kohli, who last featured in India's 2-1 Test series win against Australia in 2018-19, stays atop the list with 922 points.
The consistent Kohli has a chance to better his tally with India facing West Indies in a two-match Test series next month.
Cheteshwar Pujara is third with a tally of 881.
Meanwhile, New Zealand captain Kane Williamson is second (913).
In the ICC Test Rankings for Bowlers, India's spin aces Ravindra Jadeja and R Ashwin are the only names in the top 10.
Jadeja is sixth, whereas, Ashwin is 10th. The latter recently enjoyed a fine County performance for Nottinghamshire.
Australia's Pat Cummins is on top of the bowler's list with 878 rating points.
He is above James Anderson and Kagiso Rabada.
Cummins will be in action for Australia in the upcoming Ashes 2019 starting August 1.
He has a strong chance of keeping his place intact.
Meanwhile, Anderson sustained a calf injury ahead of the one-off Test against Ireland.
He will look to get fit in a week's time ahead of the Ashes.
There will be a strong fight for between these two.
In the team rankings, India are in the first place.
India have a rating of 113 and are just two points ahead of Williamson-led New Zealand (111).
South Africa (108) are third with England (105) and Australia (98) taking the positions in top five.
All eyes will be on England and Australia during the Ashes.
There could be shifts in positions here.
