NZ to host Australia for Chappell-Hadlee after six years

New Zealand will host its neighbour Australia in a three match ODI series as a part of the Chappell-Hadlee Trophy after a gap of six years.

The first ODI would be played on 30 January 2017 at Auckland, while the second and third would be played at Napier on 2 February and Hamilton on 5 February respectively.

Martin Guptill and Neil Broom's half centuries helped the host put a score of 280 runs on scoreboard for the loss of nine wickets in the first ODI against Australia at Eden Park in Auckland.

Guptill went on to score 61 runs, while Broom scored 73. Broom had a 76-run partnership with James Neesham, who scored 48 runs.
