A dejected Marsh was wearing his gloves when he punched the wall and broke his right hand.
It's a good lesson for me, says Mitchell Marsh
Marsh said the incident wouldn't happen again. "Sometimes you get beaten, sometimes you get out, and you can't be punching walls," he said. "It's a good lesson for me, hopefully it's a good lesson for other people as well."
Marsh to miss four-six weeks after breaking hand
According to a report in cricket.com.au, Marsh will miss four to six weeks after scans confirmed he broke his right hand.
The injury rules him out for the start of the Test summer, and there's no guarantees he will win back his spot in the side when he recovers.
Marsh said he had never punched a wall before and vowed to learn from this.
