Several former cricket legends including the likes of Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag and Brian Lara are set to part in the Road Safety World Series scheduled to be held in India early next year.
The Road safety World Series will be an annual T20 cricket tournament between legends of five cricket playing nations.

Tendulkar to feature for the third time after retirement
Tendulkar will be returning to play the game in front of a crowd for the third time since his retirement in 2013. He played for the MCC against Rest of the World XI at Lord's in 2014 and three exhibition T20Is in 2015.
Crucial information about the league
Five countries such as Australia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, West Indies and hosts India will take part in the tournament.
The cricketers, who will take part in the tourney, are expected to spread the message of road safety during this league.
Notably, the tournament will be played from February 2 to 16, 2020, and will be hosted across premier venues in India.
Tendulkar is the brand ambassador of the league
The Road safety World Series has been promoted by Swach Bharat Surakshit Bharat, a trust working closely with the RTO department of Maharashtra and it is conceptualized by the Professional Management Group (PMG).
Tendulkar is the brand ambassador of the league and Viacom 18 will be the broadcast partners.
Meanwhile, Jio and Voot are the digital partners of the League.
BCCI issues No Objection Certificate
Meanwhile, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has issued a No Objection Certificate to the organizers to promote the T20 cricket league as an annual event titled Road Safety World Series.
110 players have confirmed their participation
According to a report in ESPNcricinfo, it is understood that a total of 110 players - all retired - have confirmed their participation in the tournament.
The tourney will be based on the franchise model prevailing across domestic T20 leagues around the world.
The players' payments would be taken care of by the franchises.
