David Warner scores triple century: Here are the records broken
Australian swashbuckling opener David Warner scored an impressive triple century on Day 2 of the second Test (Day-Night) in Adelaide on Sunday.
It was the maiden triple century of his career, as it was also the first Test triple century since December 2016.
As a result of this triple ton, he has scripted a number of records, while we take a look.
First triple centurion in Day-Night Tests for Australia
Warner is now the first triple centurion for Australia in Day-Night Tests, as he also becomes the highest scorer in the same, going past Pakistan's Azhar Ali's previous score of an unbeaten 302.
As evident, both the triple centuries for the same have involved Pakistan.
Meanwhile, he has also become the seventh Australian in the format to score a triple century.

Warner becomes highest run-scorer in Day-Night Tests
En route to his triple century, Warner also became the highest run-scorer in Day-Night Tests, going past the previous record held by Azhar Ali of 456.
Overall, he is the third batsman to score 400 runs in Day-Night Tests, with the other being his Australian team-mate Steve Smith, who has scored 441 runs so far.
First in Adelaide
Warner surpasses Don Bradman in Adelaide
With this triple century, Warner scripted a unique record as he became the first batsman to score the same in Adelaide.
In the process, he has surpassed Don Bradman, who was the previous highest scorer on this ground, with an unbeaten knock of 299.
Warner is also the second batsman to score 250-plus on this ground after Bradman.

Warner becomes sixth opener with multiple 250-plus scores
As Warner scored 250, in the process, he also became the sixth opening batsman in the world to score 250-plus runs on multiple occasions.
While the record for the same is held by Virender Sehwag (4), Warner shares the record with the likes of Sanath Jayasuriya, Graeme Smith, Chris Gayle, and Cook, all scoring on two occasions.

How does the match stand so far?
Winning the toss, Australian skipper Tim Paine elected to bat first as the decision paid off.
It was Warner, along with top-order batsman Marnus Labuschagne (162), whose 361-run stand for the second wicket did the damage for Pakistan and took the game away from them.
As for Pakistan's bowling, Shaheen Afridi is the only man who has claimed the three wickets so far.
Third double centurion in Day-Night Test
With his double century, Warner has now become the third player in Day-Night Tests to hit the same. He joins the likes of Pakistan's Azhar Ali (302*) and England's Alastair Cook (243).
