"I am here to watch Shikhar Dhawan playing in the DY Patil tournament. I am here especially to watch Dhawan, Bhuvi, and Hardik. I am happy with the way they are progressing," Prasad told ANI.
The trio sustained injuries playing for India
Hardik suffered a severe lower back injury five months ago and underwent a surgery in London.
He was expected to make his comeback in the ongoing New Zealand tour but wasn't deemed fit.
While Bhuvneshwar was ruled out of the West Indies ODI series owing to a groin injury, Dhawan injured his shoulder while fielding in the ODI against Australia earlier this year.
We shouldn't go after Kohli after one odd series: MSK
MSK Prasad shrugged off any doubts regarding Virat Kohli who failed to deliver the goods in the New Zealand tour.
"We are talking about a legend who has been a run-machine for many years. He is also a human and he can have one series where he doesn't perform. One series should not go against him, he has been a phenomenal player," Prasad said.
