The ongoing coronavirus outburst led to speculations that the tournament will be called-off.
However, the 75-year-old he stated that no decision has been taken on the matter.
Pakistan were the hosts of the tournament, but India's reluctance to play in the neighbouring nation shifted it to UAE.
Asian Cricket Council is monitoring the situation closely
"There has not been any discussion on the matter yet. Nothing has been decided. We haven't decided on a date for the meeting either. The ACC is monitoring the situation and will take a call accordingly," Mani was quoted as saying by Sportstar.
UAE will play host to the Asia Cup 2020
The Asia Cup 2020 was originally scheduled in Pakistan, however, India refused to travel due to security concerns.
It was later decided that the tournament will take place at a neutral place and hence the two boards unanimously picked UAE as hosts.
"Asia Cup will be held in Dubai and both India and Pakistan will play," Ganguly told reporters.

The ACC members were supposed to meet earlier this year, but the COVID-19 outburst canceled it.
According to an official, another meeting could be held by the end of April if the situation gets under control.
"At this point in time, cricket is the last thing in anyone's mind. But the ACC is keeping an eye on how things go," he said.
