Justin Trudeau wins by landslide victory in Canada
Canada voted for Justin Trudeau's as its next Prime Minister making his Liberal party win by a landslide majority.
Trudeau defeated the incumbent Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
Trudeau while addressing the masses said "We beat fear with hope, we beat cynicism with hard work. We beat negative, divisive politics with a positive vision that brings Canadians together."

Trudeau's triumph denied former PM Stephen Harper a fourth term.
Harper had held on to that position since 2006.
He admitted defeat and would resign as leader of the party; however he will continue to remain in the parliament as a lawmaker.
He further said, "The people of Canada have elected a Liberal government, which we accept without hesitation."

Prime Minister Trudeau pledged to start a C$10 billion yearly budget for 3 years to bolster infrastructure and boost Canada's poor economic growth.
Trudeau promised to repair Canada's relations with the American administration.
He also promised to call back Canadians from the "combat mission against ISIS militants" and focus on "humanitarian aid and training, and tackle climate change."

Justin Trudeau took the oath of office as Canada's 23rd PM.
Canada also scribed history with 3 Sikh community members taking office in his cabinet.
Two turbaned Sikhs Harjit Singh and Navdeep Bains were sworn in as cabinet ministers for defence and the portfolio of innovation, science and economic development respectively.
Also sworn in was Amarjeet Sohi as the minister for infrastructure.
