She told the same to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which is investigating both the cases - alleged rape and deadly crash. She also said her pleas requesting help went unheard.
We know Sengar is finally in jail, but what about those who failed her?
The survivor was allegedly raped by Sengar, an influential politician of Uttar Pradesh's Unnao in 2017.
Last year, she attempted self-immolation outside Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's residence as police had rebuffed her complaints. Her father died in police custody.
On July 28, as she was en route to Raebareli jail, a truck rammed into her car, killing two of her aunts.
Notably, one of her aunts who died in the crash was a key witness in the rape case. The victim's lawyer was also seriously injured.
About the accident, the survivor told TOI, "I saw the truck coming straight (at us) and ramming into our car. Sengar engineered the accident to kill me. He can go to any extent, even from prison."
Further, the truck which hit the car had its number plate wiped out. The lawyer, who was behind the wheels, tried to reverse the car to avoid the collision, the victim revealed.
After initially undergoing treatment at Lucknow's KGMU hospital, the duo was relocated to AIIMS Delhi on Supreme Court orders.
"I am still in pain and unable to walk," she added.
The survivor said there is little doubt that Sengar planned the accident.
"The son of Sengar's associate would approach me whenever my guards needed to stand outside the courtroom. He would ask me to withdraw the case against his mother or he would get me killed," she said.
She revealed she wrote several letters to police and government authorities about these threats.
Separately, her mother said that CBI sleuths came to the hospital twice.
"First, they took notes and then they recorded the same statement on video. They kept asking her about the accident and how it happened," she said.
Her mother visited court a few days ago to record her statement. She was also asked to identify Sengar and other accused.
Meanwhile, on Friday, a bench of Justices Deepak Gupta and Aniruddha Bose granted an extension of two weeks to CBI to conclude probe in the accident.
In August too, the bench had given a similar extension.
Further, the apex court gave special judge of Delhi High Court more time to complete the trial but directed to announce the verdict as soon as possible.
