In a shocking incident of lawlessness, a property dealer was gunned down outside his office in Delhi on Tuesday by two unidentified assailants.
The deceased property dealer, Narendra Gehlot (42), was seated in his car, preparing to leave from work, when two men blocked his exit.
The incident was captured on CCTV, which showed a man shooting at Gehlot as he tried to escape.
As Gehlot tried to drive off in his car, two men blocked his exit and one of them fired at least a dozen rounds.
Gehlot tried fleeing on foot, but a shooter hopped on top of a parked vehicle nearby and two bullets hit Gehlot.
After hearing the gunshots, a few businessmen in the area reached the spot but the shooters had fled by then. Gehlot was then rushed to the Venkateshwara Hospital where he was declared brought dead, according to NDTV.

Reportedly, a preliminary probe suggests that Gehlot may have had a falling out with a rival criminal group.
Cops are investigating if he was being threatened for protection money.
Meanwhile, the police have sent Gehlot's body for an autopsy. They are also questioning some of his associates and family members.
Incidentally, Gehlot himself had a case of attempted murder case against him in Inderpuri and also had two cases of cheating and assault.
He had also contested the municipal corporation elections in 2014 as an independent, but lost the polls.
