Manohar Lal Khattar is an Indian Politician. He is the 10th Chief Minister of Haryana and a member of Bharatiya Janata Party. He was born on May 5, 1954, in Haryana. He joined RSS in 1977 and served as RSS Pracharak from 1980 till 1994.
