Dahi vada

Soak urad dal overnight and make a paste. Add green chilies and salt to make a batter. Deep fry until golden. Once cooled, soak the vadas in water. Serve with curd, chutney, and masalas

Paneer pakora

Dip paneer cubes into a batter of gram flour, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and water. Deep fry in mustard oil.

Hara bhara kebab

Blend cooked chana dal with spinach, green peas, and water. Mix with paneer, masalas, and bread crumbs. Make flat kebabs and dip them into flour-water paste and bread crumbs. Deep fry.

Bread pakora

Dip bread slices into a batter of gram flour, garam masala, baking soda, red chili powder, ajwain, salt, along with some oil and water. Deep fry.

Fruit chaat

Mix chopped bananas, apples, and mangoes, with boiled sweet potatoes, and fried potato bites in a bowl. Add lemon juice, masalas, and mix well.
