Mango kheer

Roast vermicelli in some ghee. Add full
cream milk, and boil. Add sugar and cook.
Add raisins and cardamom powder. Let it
cool, add fresh mango pulp and mix well.
Refrigerate for one hour.

Sabudana kheer

Mix sabudana with water and let it soak for
an hour. Boil milk, add the soaked sabudana,
and cook. Add sugar, cardamom powder,
and raisins and mix well. Garnish with
cashews and raisins.

Oats and
dates kheer

Boil milk for some time. Add rolled oats
and sliced dates, mix well and cook for four
minutes. Add cardamom powder and mix.
Garnish with more date slices and serve warm.

Apple kheer

Saute grated apples in ghee and let it cool.
Boil milk with saffron, add condensed milk,
mix, and boil. Add cardamom powder, and
cooked apple after the milk cools.
Refrigerate and serve.

Dudhi or
Lauki ki kheer

Mix together milk and grated bottle gourd and
cook for 10-12 minutes. Add sugar and cook
until it dissolves. Add cardamom powder and mix well. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
