Masala peanut

Mix gram flour, corn flour, rice flour, garlic
paste, asafetida, baking soda, turmeric,
chili powder, salt, peanuts & oil. Add water &
sprinkle some rice flour. Mix well and deep fry.

Namak para

Add wheat flour, semolina, ajwain, pepper, &
salt to a bowl. Pour some hot oil & mix well.
Add water and knead into a dough. Roll the
dough flat and cut equal-sized vertical strips. Deep fry.

Banana chips

Take a raw banana and slice it finely. Then,
in a bowl, add turmeric & salt over the banana slices. Add some water. Filter the water, and
deep fry the chips until they are crispy.

Baked chaklis

Mix rice flour, curd, sesame seeds, chili
powder, oil & salt. Prepare a semi-soft dough
and press out round/spiral shapes through a
chakli press. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Dry fruit laddoo

Finely chop 1/4th cup of cashew, almonds,
figs, pistachios, and raisins. Heat ghee and
saute dry fruits. Add blended dates & stir well.
Let it cool for 2 minutes. Prepare laddoos.
