Skewer in boiled potatoes on an oil-covered skewer and cook them in a home tandoor. Flatten and fry them. Toss the potatoes in
a mix of amchur powder, black salt, chili powder, and salt.
Mix ginger-garlic paste, roasted besan, oil,
curd, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper
in a bowl. Add tandoor masala mix and
cauliflower. Marinate and grill.
Tandoori fruit chaat
Mix tamarind paste, green chilies, coriander, cumin powder, oil, salt, and chili powder. Add apples, pears, bananas, and pineapples and mix. Place on skewers and grill.
Marinate paneer with saffron milk for half an
hour. Skewer three paneer pieces and grill on a
home tandoor until light brown. Sprinkle chaat
masala and serve with green chutney.
Mix together ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice, curd, oil, and red chili paste. Marinate chicken pieces with this mix, then chargrill on a tandoor.
